3C Coaching ("3C Coaching," "we," "us") operates a private, invite-only coaching app used to deliver 1:1 personal training and coaching services. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, who can see it, and how you can have it deleted.

This app is not available to the public — clients only get access after being personally invited by their coach. If you're using this app, you're a current or prospective coaching client, or the coach themself.

Information We Collect

We collect information you and your coach provide directly through the app:

• Account information: your name, email address, and profile photo.
• Health and fitness data: body weight, body fat percentage, workout history, exercise logs, and progress notes you or your coach enter.
• Photos and videos: progress photos, exercise form-check photos or videos, and food-log photos you choose to upload.
• Messages: the content of messages you send to your coach (or, for the coach, to clients) within the app.
• Push notification data: a device token used to deliver notifications (e.g. new messages, check-in reminders), if you enable notifications.

We don't collect precise location data, and we don't use any third-party advertising or analytics trackers in this app.

How We Use Your Information

Information is used only to operate the coaching relationship this app exists for:

• Delivering and tracking your training program, nutrition guidance, and check-ins.
• Enabling direct messaging between you and your coach.
• Sending push notifications you've opted into (e.g. a new message, a daily overview, a check-in reminder).
• Letting your coach review your progress over time.
• With your consent, using progress photos or results for marketing purposes — see "Marketing & Testimonials" below.

We do not sell your information, share it with data brokers, or use any third-party advertising or tracking services.

Marketing & Testimonials

Your coach may want to use progress photos, transformation results, or testimonials in marketing materials, including social media. This is never automatic — it's only ever done with your consent, as set out in the coaching agreement you accept when you join. You can decline this or withdraw permission at any time by contacting your coach, and doing so has no effect on your coaching relationship.

Who Can See Your Information

This app is built around a single coach working with their own clients directly. Your coach can see the information you provide as part of your coaching relationship. Other clients can never see your information — client accounts are fully isolated from one another.

How Your Information Is Stored

Your data is stored using Supabase, a hosted database and infrastructure provider, on servers located in the United States. Access to the underlying data is protected by row-level security rules that restrict each account to only the data it's actually allowed to see.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the app, each of which only processes data as needed to provide their service to us:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Expo — delivery of push notifications to your device.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your information for as long as your coaching relationship is active, so your coach can track your progress over time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen in the app, which sends a request directly to your coach. Your coach can also delete an account and all of its data at any time.

Deleting an account permanently removes your profile, workout and check-in history, messages, and any photos or videos you've uploaded. This action cannot be undone.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at, and is not knowingly used by, anyone under the age of 18. Coaching clients are invited individually by their coach as adults.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
